TERMS + PRIVACY
The short version: use the site respectfully, give us accurate information when you order, and contact us if something goes wrong. We collect only the information needed to run the store, fulfill orders, communicate with you, and improve the site.
WHO WE ARE
NO ECHOES is a brand of FrankVenture LLC. FrankVenture LLC is the seller of the products offered on this site and the company responsible for the information described below. Questions about these terms or your information can be sent to hello@noechoes.com.
TERMS
USING THE SITE
You may browse the site and buy products for personal use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use NO ECHOES words, artwork, photographs, or designs without permission.
ORDERS
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. An order is accepted when payment is approved and the order is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, information appears incorrect, or we cannot fulfill the order as placed.
PRICES + PAYMENT
Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes and any required charges are shown during checkout when the store can determine them. Payment must be completed before an order is produced.
PRODUCTS
We work to show each shirt, statement, color, and fit accurately. Screens and production methods can create small differences in color, placement, or appearance. Please review the product page and Size + Fit guide before ordering.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is included with every order to destinations we currently serve. Delivery timing depends on the product, destination, and carrier. Some orders may arrive in more than one package. We do not ship to every country or region, and available destinations can change.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to local taxes, VAT, customs charges, or duties. These charges are determined by the destination and may be collected at checkout or on delivery. They are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
RETURNS + PROBLEMS
Each shirt is made for your order, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right when the order is defective or incorrect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NO ECHOES name, statements, artwork, designs, photographs, and site content belong to NO ECHOES or are used with permission. Buying a product does not transfer the right to reproduce or sell the design.
SITE AVAILABILITY
We may update, suspend, or change the site, products, prices, or these terms. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
LIMITS
To the extent allowed by law, NO ECHOES is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
PRIVACY
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide when you place an order, contact us, subscribe to email, or use an account feature. This may include your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order information, and the messages you send us. The site may also collect basic device, browser, security, and usage information needed to operate and improve the store.
HOW WE USE IT
We use information to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer support, send requested email, protect the site, prevent fraud, understand site performance, and meet legal obligations.
WHO HELPS US
We use trusted companies to help us run the store, take payments, produce and deliver orders, send email, host the site, and understand site performance, and measure whether our ads lead to orders. They receive only the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.
COOKIES + SITE DATA
The site uses necessary technologies to keep the store working, remember your bag, protect checkout, and maintain security.
It also counts how many people read each page. That measurement uses no cookie and saves nothing on your device — it cannot tell whether you have visited before, and it cannot follow you anywhere else. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing stored to turn off.
It also uses Google's and Meta's advertising tags to learn whether our Google and Meta ads lead to orders. The tags use cookies and similar technology on your device. When you visit, Google and Meta receive information such as the pages you view, whether you arrived from one of our ads, and details about your device and browser. When you place an order, they also receive the order number and amount. We do not send Google and Meta your name or delivery address, and we do not use this to show you ads on other sites. Under some US state privacy laws, this may count as sharing personal information or targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time below, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, this measurement stays off unless you accept it.
When you place an order, Meta also receives a one-way scrambled version of your email address — the same kind of scrambling used to store a password — so it can match the order to the ad that led to it. It cannot be turned back into your email address. Google does not receive this.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You can turn ad measurement off or on for this browser. The choice is saved in this browser only, so another browser or device, or clearing your site data, needs it made again.
We send marketing email only when you ask for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete a purchase or respond to you.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep information only as long as we need it for orders, customer service, security, accounting, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.
YOUR CHOICES
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to stop marketing email. Some information must be kept to complete orders, prevent fraud, maintain records, or comply with law. Send requests to hello@noechoes.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
CHILDREN
NO ECHOES is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can promise perfect security.
CHANGES
We may update this page as the store or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
ACCESSIBILITY
We want everyone to be able to use NO ECHOES comfortably. We work to make the site usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and reduced-motion settings. If something is difficult to use, email hello@noechoes.com and tell us what happened. We will do our best to help and to improve the site.
