Terms of sale

noechoes.com is operated by FrankVenture LLC, a Texas limited liability company trading as No Echoes. Reach us at hello@noechoes.com. Buying something here means these terms apply to that purchase.

The price is $58 and it includes worldwide shipping. There is no list price, no crossed-out former price, and no standing discount, because there has never been a higher price and we are not going to invent one.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, and is shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.

Orders ship on DAP terms: delivered at place, duties unpaid. Any import duty, VAT, or customs handling fee charged when your order enters your country is your responsibility. We do not collect it, we do not receive it, and we cannot tell you in advance what your customs authority will decide.

Orders fulfilled inside the EU and the UK are made locally and cross no border, so no duty arises on them.

Nothing here is held in stock. Your order is printed after you place it, by a print partner, and then shipped to you directly. That is why it takes a few days longer than a warehouse would, and it is why the returns policy works the way it does.

Printing is direct-to-garment. Colours on a screen are an approximation, and a printed garment has the small variations of a physical object. That is not a defect.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed, not when you press the button, and we may decline or refund an order if we cannot fulfil it, if it was priced in error, or if it looks fraudulent.

Set out in full on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: if it arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, tell us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it in full. Because each piece is made to order, we do not run open returns on a change of mind.

Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer where you live.

The No Echoes name, wordmark, artwork, and site copy belong to FrankVenture LLC. Buying a garment buys you the garment. It does not license the artwork for reproduction, resale as a print, or use on other products.

We stand behind the goods we sell. Beyond replacing or refunding a faulty order, our liability arising out of a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow that limitation, in which case it does not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction. Again, this does not take away consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
