Privacy
A brand that argues with prediction engines should not quietly run one. This is what we collect, why, and what we will not do.
What we will not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising pixels, and there is no retargeting: you will not be followed around the internet by a shirt you looked at. We do not build behavioral profiles to predict what you will buy next, and we do not send abandoned-cart email, because we do not track carts on our servers at all.
What we collect, and why
If you buy something. Your name, email, and shipping address, plus what you ordered. We need your address to send you a garment and your email to tell you it is coming. Payment is handled by Stripe; your card number goes to them, never to us.
If you join the list. Your email address, and nothing else. Every message has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
If you just read. We use privacy-focused analytics to count pages and see roughly where traffic comes from. It is aggregate, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Your bag. Kept in your own browser’s local storage. It never reaches us until you actually check out.
Who else touches it
Only the companies it takes to run a shop, and only for that purpose: Stripe for payment, Printful to print and ship your order, Resend for email, Cloudflare to serve the site, and Neon to store orders. Each gets the minimum it needs. None of them gets your data to use for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is seven years. List subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or another place with statutory privacy rights, those rights apply and we will honour them.

Children
This is not a site for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
